HERE IS A LITTLE SYNOPSIS ABOUT THE BOOK
This book is a tale of tragedy and suffering as a child. I speak about my childhood endurance of four years in hospital due to many medical blunders, resulting in numerous operations.
After my return from hospital, I found myself confined to my bedroom for another year, with only a window to look out to the outside world. This was now my life. I had been sent home without a wheelchair, my friends had forgotten I existed
and loneliness and sadness was ahead. However I never gave up.
It takes you through my life as a teenager growing up confined to a wheelchair. My desperate search for a cure in Lourdes where I believed at the time that I would be healed, and able to walk again. My dreams were soon to be shattered.
My sheer determination not to give up made me strong and I fought the authorities to be accepted back into society, and schooling.
This was a major turning point and later leads me to find happiness in singing and acting.
It then goes into detail with the trials and heartache of relationships and marriage.
The miracle and joy of having two children.
Working hard in a regular job in a medical environment. To the "PAST" working as an escort. " I am now NOT an escort" iAnd those that love and know me, know why I no longer need to do this line of work.
The book does tell you how I coped with being disabled, and how I managed to be an escort dipite my disability. Something that a lot of people in my situation may have shyed away from.
